DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TIME

The goods will be delivered to the address stated by the customer when placing the order. In case there is no recipient or the recipient does not agree to receive, the issue will be handled as follows:
- Items that cannot be kept for a long time such as fresh flowers: The customer must pay 100% of the value.
- Services related to fresh flowers, when canceled or due to force majeure but not less than 36 hours before the service time, and the distance is not more than 100 km from the nearest L'amour Flower point of sale, the customer will receive 70% of the value of the service product, if less than 36 hours before the service time, or the distance of the service is more than 100km from the L'amour Flower point of sale, the customer will bear 100% of the service value, however, we will try to work with you to resolve each specific case to minimize unwanted damage.
2. Delivery Time
After receiving payment, we will deliver the goods at the time you requested, in case the delivery time is not suitable, we will discuss in advance. The order will only be made when both parties agree.
The delivery time may be 30 minutes earlier or later, depending on the weather or traffic conditions at the delivery location, in which case, L’amour will notify you in advance.
3. Delivery issues
Delivery will be made by our selected partner. Goods during transportation may be subject to unexpected risks such as breakage, damage, etc. Customers need to carefully check the condition of the package as well as the quantity of the order. – RETURN POLICY
